My love and passion for health ,fitness and beauty motivated me to study toward a qualification in Exercise Science. Being a part time Group fitness Instructor has enabled me to not only grow as a person but to enjoy and live a healthy & active lifestyle.In 2012 I gathered the courage to take to the stage and have since entered two national bikini competitions placing highly in both. The sport has not only taught me discipline,patience,to work hard trusting in the process, respect for my body and self , dedication and commitment. It has taught me humility , it's not about impressing the world ,it's about taking ownership and responsibility of ones life and pursuing your dreams.I balance everything with the occasional travel,continuous learning,and spending time with those dear to me.
