I am a personal trainer and fitness competitor. I have competed professionally and placed 2nd in my first provincial comp and 4th nationally. My Personal training is focused mainly on mothers , I have adjusted my training and gym in such a way that they can bring their little ones with them, so there are no excuses. I have also created an online community of 150 woman and growing that I supply with daily workouts /recipes and health tips, its the best feeling in the world when a member posts their results and tell me how they now live a life of health and wellness, its free to anyone wanting to benefit from it. I am a mom of two beautiful girls and wife to a great man. I believe that the health of our families lies on our shoulders , as we should educate ourselves in order to educate our children, to set an example so they can lead healthy lives from a young age...its has to be norm not the exception.
