I have been training in the gym since I can remember as my mom was always in the gym and always believed in looking and feeling good comes from hard work and motivation in yourself. I am a qualified beautician but at the moment I'm managing a family business that's been running for 27 years.. I entered my very first competition last year which has always been a goal driven dream and I absolutely loved every minute of it from the hard work in the gym to the meal prep and learning curves of all the different things your body is capable of during the prep before stepping on stage.
