I starting competing seriously just under a year ago and fell in love with the stage. I recently affiliated with the IFBB and will take part and various Fitness competitions this year and hopefully receive an invitation to Arnold Classic Africa 2018. Super excited! I gratefully earned my first win at the E.A.E in March this year.

I am a very family orientated person and love watching movies and old series in my free time. Absolutely LOVE baking yummy treats for my family, in spite of not being able to gobble them up myself!

I love to gym! The reason i am interested in fitness is because i love to be active, my whole life i loved it to do sports, any kind from rugby, golf, karate, wakeboard any thing that are pushing my body i loved it. I start doing bodybuilding in 2015 from there i loved being on stage. 2 years ago i did my first competition and from there i qualified for nationals and then i qualified to go to the wff world championships and i won my category there. That triggered me that i always will love fitness and i will always be healthy and always will give my best when i workout or prepping for a competition.

Am just a single simple guy  aged 27, proudly  born and come from Zimbabwe . am currently working in a casino @Thirst 28 digress East in Fairly Glen.  However , after experience almost everything in my life , working different jobs and so on line decided to stick to lifestyle fitness . I have been training in the gym for four years now and this is my fourth year and as well my first year to be on stage .Since I started competing as hard as it is , am seeing myself achieving each and every time I walk on stage .My dream is not about competing with anyone but to come the best from what I was yesterday. Though hard working and passion am looking forward being in magazines , advertising and acting ......!!

Ryan Timothy Pillay

I am 26 years old, and a data integration specialist at Barclays ABSA. I grew up in a community surrounded by people who had been caught up in drugs and alcohol; I decided to walk the path of the gym life. I would not know where I would be today if it were not for my training. Sometimes it’s not about health its therapy.

I am sporty, fun, loving and super cheeky. I am passionate about the health and fitness industry and even more so about helping others reach their health goals. I am currently completing my PT and sports nutrition diploma through Tri-Focus fitness academy and hope to one day start my own training facility, to enable others who may be less fortunate, reach their personal goals, as I take my hat off to any person, both competitive and non-competitive, who choose to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. I will be competing in 2017 and am hoping to move up a division and compete in the bikini fitness line ups 😬

I used to be shy moving around so much,I stopped caring what people thought of me...and I still don't and I am still moving.. I believe everything is possible,Everything!The only thing necessary for your journey is the LOVE for what you do..Perseverance,patience and dedication were everyday words that started to haunt my head because I wasn't sure what I was doing but I started to feel more comfortable because of my incredible passion with my incredibly tiny body. I am a professional body builder and a fitness model. I am also an international model and a TV actor,i have won 35 Local championship,3 South African Championship physic and fitness and 1 Mr. Gujrat India and i hold two Arnold classic world titles and i have won most inspiring athlete award in the first Arnold classic Africa 2016 Model Search Competition. I do have a bronze medal for strict Arm curl challenge 2016.

Been competing since April 2016, where I have competed in 5 shows and placed all 5, BLESSED! (2x - 1st places/1x - 2nd place /2x - 3rd places) Nutritech Ambassador 2017. Cheerleader for the Rugby Union Blue Bulls, Been a dancer for 24 years. Am a Corporate Girl - Close deals in my Heels! And of course a Bullterrier and Giraffe Fanatic, Believe God spent a little bit more time on them!

I have a passion for health and fitness. My goal in life is to make someone smile everyday :) Appearance is very important as it is the first impression of oneself and first impressions last forever. Mother, wife, fitness model and athlete. T-Rex is the nickname I've inherited because of my larger than life personality.  I love donuts, wine tasting and travel. Accomplished show jumper and bodybuilder but my best accomplishment is my beautiful daughter.  I am a natural born socialite and social media queen who loves the stage and loves life to the fullest!

I have always been fascinated by health and fitness.   My dad introduced me to body building and I competed in my first show at age 15. I have competed in more than 40 shows over the last 7 years and I have met some of the best athletes in South Africa.  My favourite quote is, “ No citizen has a right to be an amateur In the matter of physical training??”  What a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable??? Socrates. I honestly feel being healthy and having the ability to be active is something no person should take for granted.

 Besides going to the gym, I enjoy reading success stories and I find the world of finance very interesting.  I have got no musical talent, I do not like bananas, but I love ice cream.

After many years of trying to figure out what it is I love and enjoy,finally at the tender age of 29 I discovered that fitness was and always had been my passion. I took the scary plunge of attempting to compete and since then I have never looked back! To me it's not only about the physical and mental challenges for myself, but also about the strong message I wish to communicate to others that it's never too late and being fit and healthy is so much more beneficial theb meats the naked eye.I aspire to inspire others!
