Arm Wrestling website

Arm Wrestling is a display of strength and technique where two opponents face each other across a table. Each places one arm on a Pad with their elbows bent and touching the Pad and they grip each other's hand. The goal is to pin the other's arm onto the Pin pad, with the winner's arm over the loser's arm. It is not yet an Olympic sport but there are World Championships.
