Arnold Classic Rowing
The indoor rowing machine is something every rower needs to master, both for training and assessment. The Arnold Classic gives everyone the opportunity to try it out.
Rowing South Africa will be hosting an indoor regatta and learn to row program over the course of the weekend. Members of the public will be able to take on our Olympians time over 500m. Rowers from all over the country will take each other on over 1000m and 500m as well as some mixed team events over 500m. Individuals from as young as 13/14 right up to the ages of over 60 will be competing on the Saturday and Sunday.
Come and meet some of our Olympians from the Gold and Silver Medal winning crews from London 2012 and Rio 2016 teams who will be present as various times through the weekend.
