Street Workout or Calisthenics is a social movement which aims to develop and uplift communities by encouraging healthy lifestyles, building parks and raising funds for those who are less privileged. The sport is performed in outdoor parks which makes it free and accessible for everyone. Psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination. The development of the sport globally.


Street Workout/Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of exercises, often rhythmical movements, generally without using equipment or apparatus or in conjunction with basic equipment such as jungle gyms.


Most popular exercises are Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Pushups, Dips, Muscle-ups, Sit-ups and Crunches, Street workout also involves some static holds like Human flag, Front and Back lever, Planche, etc.
