About Group Training Aerobics:

 

Physical exercises performed to music and practiced in a group setting led by a fitness professional (Instructor).

Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity, which can be easily done by both the young and the old of different fitness levels.

 

5 components of a balanced aerobics class will be as follows:

1. Warm up phase

2. Cardio training

3. Strength and conditioning

4. Cool down phase

5. Stretching and flexibility

 

ELEMENTS OF AEROBICS CLASS

 

• Hi-Lo Impact – Rhythmic aerobics exercises on a high intensity level or a low intensity to

Improve all levels of fitness (cardio, strength and flexibility)

• Dance – Dance exercises that are fun to do and improves cardio and coordination.

• Kata Box – A total body workout class that fuses together the elements of Karate and Boxing.

• The punching and the kicking helps to improve the muscular strength, toning and cardio fitness.

• Boot Camp – Physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period.

They are designed to push people further than they would normally push themselves, using different training equipment or doing body weigh exercises.
